• A healthy and sustainable work-life blend of working on their business, being present with family and making time for self care

The goal is simple; to equip listeners with actionable business strategies, tips and insights to build a profitable business, so they can enjoy the freedom to do the things and be present with the people that mean the most to them!

The podcast is for doers and action takers who are ready to extend their knowledge of business strategy and have the discipline to put it into practice. And you may have guessed, it’s for women who are feeling alone in business and are searching for ways to reduce the stress of being ‘on’ 24 hrs a day!

About Donna

The creator of She’s in Business and the Ready to Rise Program, for regional women in business! 

I've started, grown and sold multiple businesses (yes.. I'm a serial entrepreneur) and I know first hand the challenges of having a young family to juggle. My mission is to share the essential knowledge, skills and lessons learned that you can apply to your business right away.

Prior to selling my strong 6-figure dance studio in December 2021, the business took care of itself (thanks to robust strategies, systems and awesome staff). I had the freedom to step away from work whenever I was needed by my family, or whenever I wanted to take time for me.

I decided to launch ‘She’s in Business’ with a vision to share my knowledge and to support other regional women to grow their own business around the needs of their family, whilst also ensuring that they get the necessary down time to rest and recharge! 

‘She’s in Business’ offers online training programs, private business strategy coaching, the 'She's in Business' podcast and an online support network for regional female business owners who are ambitious, driven and action takers!

Whilst juggling both a growing business and a busy family is no walk in the park, I’m here to inspire and empower women because I’ve experienced first hand that it absolutely is possible!
